Curls Help!?

i cant find a thread about this already sorry if there is one. my team recently changed the way we do our hair for competition instead of down and straight were doing down and curly. i was wondering if anyone knows how to do "shooting star curls" as people call them? my curls tend to fall out after my team competes! thanks

Soft spikes ! There foam curlers . Look the up on the internet there not that expensive . but you gotta order them from the website , but really easy to use & make pretty curls
