For the flyers: Stay tight and upright. :) Also make sure you squeeze and keep your booty, knees, and ankles glued together.
Otherwise trying not to anticipate the twist, and letting it ride high, otherwise you can kill your power. At the moment I can't quite remember the grip for a double up, but I'll ask my stunt group tomorrow night. If you have any specific questions, just let me know and I'll try to answer the best that I can.
