So, I'm writing an argument essay for English class about how cheerleading is a sport, and one of my claims is that cheerleading takes extreme physical ability. So, that's where all of you gym owners/coaches/athletes come in:
What I need from you (my hope is that I can get a quote from an industry professional) is just a quote about how in shape your athletes need to be in physically, what kind of conditioning you do, etc. (also leave what gym you are at so that I can have as much information as possible). It doesn't have to be anything fancy. For example,
"My level (insert level) team does (insert crazy conditioning/full-out torture regimen that you do). It's really hard. We/my athletes need to be in crazy shape to do all of this. Blah Blah Blah"
