Explosion Elite All-Stars, is located in New Carrollton MD within PG county, conveniently located 20 minutes from Washington DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis. We are a small organization looking to expand our program. The last 8 years have been very successful and we are ready to greatly increase our program size. Currently looking for an experienced Cheer Recruiter to join our staff. Ideal position for former all=star cheerleader.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience recruiting cheerleaders or other athletes.
- Ability connect and communicate effectively with both children and adults.
- Knowledge and contacts within the competitive cheer industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An outgoing personality and a professional demeanor.
- Assist with marketing, development and execution of Cheerleading events including, but not limited to, fundraising events, cheer showcase, and other organization-wide events.
- The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and occasional national travel.
- Preferably some form of sales experience, as we are expanding and selling our brand.
