Express offers a state-of- the art training experience, with nearly 15,000 square feet of training space. Our space includes: 2 full size competition-spring floors, a wall of mirrors, an 80-foot rod floor, an 84 X 42 foot class area, 3 above ground tramplines, a 30-foot spring tumble trak, a "special" pre-school area with "my size" equipment, a dance studio with sprung floors, mirrors, professional sound system and bars, as well as a pleasant parent viewing area and pro-shop.
