I cringe every time I see some stunting with no shoes on. My oldest CP has three screws in her foot for the rest of her life for doing that. At the end of her practice she took of her shoes but decided to practice her stunt one more time. She didn't bother to put her shoes on and the rest is history. BTW it ended her cheer career but it also ended a very promising field hockey career that was helping pay a large portion of her college tutition!PLEASE don't stunt without shoes!!!

If you don't mind me asking what happened? And I'm so sorry to hear that! I plan to also hopefully get a field hockey scholarship (fingers crossed).
