Hi,

Does anybody have any tips for getting a wider straddle and increasing front split flexibility. Also, does anyone know any stretches that would be useful for this?

Try these two stretches. Keep your knees facing up.

I agree with the above suggestion. Also, try to sit in as wide of a straddle as you can each day, lean down as far as you can to the middle without bending your legs, and hold for at least 60 seconds. Then slowly come up, and slowly go down again and hold for another 60 seconds. The entire time, toes should be pointed and legs straight, with knees looking up at the ceiling (not rolling forward).
