Front Flip Dismount

Can someone tell me how the bases and the fliers are supposed to grab when flipping off the front?

Looks like bases do the "check your watch" thing up at the flyer and the flyer grabs, and when they come down they catch like a thigh stand with their other arm catching under the flyers arm

*Fixed* Looks like bases do the "check your watch" thing up at the flyer and the flyer grabs (just normal with her arms straight down and fingers pointing to the crowd), and when they come down the bases catch like a thigh stand with their other arm catching under the flyers arm, flyer keeps straight arms and lands in a T
It's basically like a dismount from a thigh stand that they teach you at NCA camp except with a flip
