So I'm new here (pretty obvious) and the reason I'm here is because in my high school TAG class we are doing a Genius Hour Project, which basically means you get to pick any topic and study it as long as it betters yourself or your community. So for my project, I picked staying in shape during the off season (along with incorporating a lot of healthy eating) and that has led me here... in search of excellent stretches and exercises to work on flexibility (I'm a flyer) and strength... along with tumbling tips.
