I am a bit of an idiot though - I inhaled my own hair straight down my throat in a jumps section once - had to physically yank it out of my airway to breathe.

Does that hurt?
For some reason I was thinking you pressed it on your face and ripped it off, lol!Not at all! I just make a loop, put it on my finger and dab off the extras. Keep in mind this is scotch tape... I wouldn't recommend duct tape
Ok, so this is kind of going to be a rant, but with a twist of seriousness. So hear me out.
I feel like, when I go to competitions, of any type, I just come home COVERED in Glitter. Now this would not concern me if it weren't for the fact that I am not on the ground during my routine. NOT EVEN ONCE. So I am slightly concerned. I understand that many, if not most, if not all cheerleaders, wear glitter, or some assorted sort of alike body gems.
I am a male cheerleader, and was curious if this happens to anyone else, male or female alike??

Soooo if your not on the ground during your routine then where are you? Floating above the mat while your team performs? Or maybe your a male flyer and you fly the entire time? This part just confused me....
I took it as he is never on the competition mat. Like he goes to competitions but doesn't compete? IdkSoooo if your not on the ground during your routine then where are you?
