I run everything on credit, I do not use ATMs as the fees are quite nuts. I don't know how helpful that answer is, I would talk to your bank. If you will acquire fees then bring traveler's checks/cash and keep a solid eye on it.

Burger Bar is in Mandalay.
Walking isn't all that bad. Just map out where you want to go and plan strategically.

Thanks Becca. Turns out it's £1.50 + 2.75% of whatever I'm taking out. I think not lol. So excited I fly out tomorrow! Connecting flight is through Newark though so hoping and praying that we aren't affected by the hurricane!
