Andre will you please clarify the above Allstar interpretations for the fall to prone (backspot stays attached). I'm not so sure this would be legal in level 2. Thanks
The fall to prone in the video is legal in L2. The roll out of it is illegal in L2.
Could the prone happen from an extension and still be legal in 2? Thanks!
If you have the flyers put their feet on the mat before they become inverted (so they're basically just doing a forward roll or a dive roll after they dismount to the mat from prone) then it should be legal. I would guess that is what the other team did - dismount first, feet to mat, then roll out.@Andre What would be a legal way to dismount from prone in level 2? We did a somersault backspot was keeping hold on flyers ankles but was told illegal. Another team did it this weekend and told me there was legal because they didn't hit an inverted handstand while rolling out but it looked the same as what we were doing.
