Hahaha the title of this thread is awesome.

I wonder every day how I can be more powerful. Or more specifically... how can I finally become the Queen of the Universe?

Power when you tumble and height when you jump both come from good technique, strength, flexibility, and body control. Have you ever done training with resistance bands?

Have you ever tried Squats, box jumps, or deadlifts. that would probably be a good start. Plyometrics is also a great work out for that kind of stuff. I hope this helps a little.
 
Stay on your toes. I'm a powerful tumbler, but the one thing that kills my power is that I tumble flat-footed. Do calf raises. Every night, I do 30 with my feet parallel, 30 with my feet turned out, and 30 with my feet turned in. They really help!
