How To Spot Fulls

i have a girl that has a solid layout and i would love to start teaching her a full but i have no clue how to spot her.

any tips or videos would help!

1: find someone in your area that knows how to spot a full

2: hire them to teach the full while you watch and learn.

3: hire same person to help you become a USASF Credentialed coach for the levels you are qualified.

Go to Camp Woodward as a visiting coach. They have spotting clinics for coaches who want to learn multiple times each week. Throughout my entire coaching career, Woodward is the only place i've been to that have as high of quality, hands on, spotting and coaching clinics.
