I Am A Flyer And I Need To Be More Flexible Any Ways To Stretch Out?

I am a flyer and ya so like I need to have my scorpion I mean I have it but it's not that good I need advice on the flying stretches to be more flexible
 
Yes! I stretch my flyer all the time. Basically have her get down on her knees and have the stretcher stand over her legs (that are behind her) and take one of her legs and pull it up as close to her face as possible. While she wraps her arms around your lower legs for balance. I'm sorry if its hard to understand , it's really hard to explain it in words! If you have any questions just ask.
 
Flyer here too, and what was suggested earlier helps me to stretch out.

One thing, which we all know, but often forget when stretching is to take your time. I myself get excited before a game or performance, however rushing through stretching is not a good idea. So for what its worth always count as you stretch out.
