I decided to be thorough, so I put all time zones from UTC to UTC+12 even though most probably won't be necessary. I used colors so people know what color is theirs to find performance times easily.

EST is Eastern Standard Time which I think is the time zone Orlando is in.
According to this website WorldTimeZone - Current time around the World and standard world time zones map of the world- 12 format , Sweden is UTC+1 (if it just turned midnight for you, then that's it , if it turned 1AM, you're in UTC+2).
