High School I'm Planning On Cheering For High School Cheer (tips)

I plan on joining my high school cheer team on Monday. I also do allstar cheer and I'm a junior coach for my sisters rec team. I was just wondering if you have any tips for me and what its like? I was also wondering what would happen if I have a competition on the same day the high school team and my allstar team compete. Thanks!
