Level 2 Pendulum Style

Would the pendulum style pyramid section at 0:13 be legal at level 2? (With a backspot and another separate base acting as the 2 extra bases/catchers required for pendulums in the rules

as long as you have the required amount of catchers for each stunt

this is a level two and we did that kind of pendulum without extra spotters (around 1:27).... But the front spot may have been the 2nd spotter in addition to the backspot? That or the rules changed since then.
Current rules say that: Pendulum and pendulum style transitional stunts, where the top person falls away from the original bases, must use at least three stationary catchers, at least two of which are not original bases. Physical contact must be maintained with all of the original base(s).
so yes as long as you had an extra spotter and a backspot!
