Making Your Own Cheer Stunt Stand

I must be crazy but I see on here where people talk about making their own stunt stand and people responding saying there are instructions posted to show you how on some thread but I can not locate them anywhere. I would love to have the cheerbalance but quite simply I am not able to afford it. Please help....
