what about UCA rules
Non-tumble division doesn't change anything with stunting.

UCA follows AACCA. Low to high tick tocks are allowed. Switch ups are allowed. Freestanding high to high are not. You must be connected to a braver to do those.

The only restriction that middle school has that high school doesn't is basket tosses. You can find the rules on UCA's website or at cheerrules.com

What state do you live in? Have your coach get in contact with your athletic department and see which set of rules you should be following. I am in New York State and our program's middle school team follows what our high school level sports follow, which is NFHS (NFHS | Spirit)

Your athletic director, or whoever oversees sports, can order your coach a Spirit Book. The Spirit Book is a great resource that provides scenario situations and clearly states what is legal/illegal.
