From the NCA site:
DIVISIONS AND CROSSOVERS
Unlimited Crossovers will continue to be allowed at all NCA events with the exception
of NCA All-Star Nationals. Crossovers at NCA ALL-STAR NATIONALS WILL BE
ALLOWED given the following restrictions:
1. Participant may only crossover into a division within the same USASF Level.
(ex: Level 3 Jr Coed and Level 3 Small Senior).
This is fairly clear
2. Participant may only represent up to a maximum of two teams.
You can only crossover 1 time to be on 2 teams
3. Participant may only represent on gym.
You can not crossover from Susie's allstars to Billybob's allstars. You can only crossover with in the same gym
4. A maximum of fi ve crossover participants is allowed per team.
You can only have kids cross over onto any 1 team
5. Crossover participants must pay an additional commuter registration fee in full
to perfrom on the second team
Pay your money in full, in advance and you can cross over to the second team.

#4 is where I'm confused. I'm reading that to mean my youth 2 team can have 5 crossovers on it and my youth 4 team can have 5 crossovers on it, and my junior 5 team can have 5 crossovers on it. So I could potentially have 15 crossovers from my gym at NCA. Right? Wrong?
My take on it is yes. As long as it is not the same 5 and they came from a like division . 2=>2 4=>4 5=>5
