This doesn't really make sense though considering bound is a term used for re-bounding or bounding skills such as whips or full punch full, etc. When someone doesn't do a pass we usually say they balked a skill. Just like in baseball when the pitcher doesn't throw the ball it's a balk.

So technically they did re-bound. But I would still call it a balk because they didn't do what they were supposed to ya'know? Saying they re-bounded almost sounds like it was supposed to happen. When you say balked you know they choked on their skill lol
