He was probably referring to the Majors, those teams weren't eligible for bids at JAMFest, which is usually F5s first bid opportunity. No worries they will get a bid, they will be at worlds to repeat

Well missy I heard it was from a coaches neice, who was standing next to what she thought might be an NCA judge only she wasn't sure, so she asked the man selling Dippin Dot's and he confirmed it. So there ya go we have confirmation!
