Recently I have made the decision to switch cheerleading gyms to give myself the opportunity of growth and expansion of my competition choices. I know that I want to be successful and be on a worlds team for many years in a row but what if no one likes me? What if I do not fit in?

You will not immediately fit in anywhere. It takes time and effort.

Talk to kids at evaluations, say hi to them, etc.

Don't be that person who sits back during open gym, talks to no one, but then complains that no one likes her.

Good luck!

It takes work, you won't make tons of friends right away. I think as the season goes on and you go through try outs, practices, and conditioning with your team mates it will happen naturally. Be open and friendly and I think you will make plenty of friends.

It takes time to fit in. You can easily start by talking to people at tryouts, going to open gym, etc. Don't be the person who doesn't talk to people. If you really want to fit and you have to try. Be friendly with teammates and I think you will be good. Good luck.
