Not sure where you live but I know the natural food aisles at our Stop N Shop carries a brand of brown rice lasagna called Tinkyada. I have made lasagna with it and it is quite good in texture and consistency. I don't cook the noodles first though, I just use extra sauce when I bake it.GF fierceboarders, has anyone had any luck with finding gluten free lasagna noodles? We eat lasagna every year for Christmas with my grandparents and my grandmother wants me to find gf noodles so I'll be able to eat too but I'm not having much luck.
