    Hi I’m a backspot and love doing flyer positions. I really want to improve my flexibility in hopes of getting my needle. Anyways, my gym offers flyer stretching classes and I would love to attend but I think it would be weird for a backspot to participate in flyer stretching. I would really appreciate your thoughts on my situation ☺️

    Stretching also helps with jumps and back flexibility for tumbling, It wouldn’t be a bad thing.

    You should check out some yoga classes in your area! They did a lot to improve my strength and flexibility. I know the idea can be a little intimidating if you've never been to a class before but everyone is usually very friendly and welcoming. Or you can try out some of the beginner classes on youtube.
