OT Peds Hospital Costumes

I work in a Pediatric Emergency Room and we participate in a contest with the entire childrens hospital for the best costumes. We decided on a sea creatures theme this year. I would really like to be Ursula from the Little Mermaid but I am having trouble finding a appropriate costume to wear at work. Anyone have any ideas for another good costume or for put together the Ursula one? Im also a full time student so I dont have time to make one. I'll appreciate it. Thanks.

Maybe try a black leotard with a long flowy skirt over it and style your hair like hers

If you are stuck with wearing what you would normally wear (like no skirts/outside tops/etc) I'd go with black scrubs for pants, and then purple for your top with a cami on top of it, unless you can wear a purple long sleeved shirt under black scrubs at top. Then you can take some old surgical tubing or streamers and tie it at your waist for her tentacles. Don't forget the shell necklace and bright purple make up!

Thanks but they changed our theme to fairies but Hey I like to have a reason to wear wings.
