ok so im so close to my punch front on the floor and i have to do it in my routine this year. i throw up and land on my butt or feet but really low.. help mee plz!
 
just punch into the ground really hard like pretend its someone you hate's face on the ground and you are punching it. also be sure to look up when throwing because that always makes mine so much higher.
 
one of my favorite tumbling coaches used to tell me, "your younger brother's under your feet, and your older brother's in front of your fists." and I would jump really hard and punch my arms super quick. Of course, easier said than done, but if you just picture yourself being able to do it yourself in your mind, nothing can stop you!
