Rewind Stunt.. All Girl

    I was taught rewinds off the tumble track onto a resi. Don't try to do a standing tuck. Instead arch a bit and pull shins. It's hard to explain but try some drills (your coach can prob give you some) before you actually do them.

    Rewinds are about getting your hips over the person or group that is throwing you.
    My best advice is to reach over your bases more like a bhs and not like a tuck, (think your shoulder blades, to your backspot's shoulder blades) and once your hips are over,

    finish the trick by pulling your shins over your head (basically a tuck).

    Next spot your bases hands, and roll up to your stand up position.
