Should I Get In Shape Now?

i have cheer practice starting on July 30. but i need to start getting in shape for it. i have camp the whole week before that though and i get back the 27 and will lose everything i work for before that. so should i start now running and practicing now even though im going to get out of shape at camp or just wait til i get back?
 
Don't look for a specific reason to get in shape! I know that training for cheer adds that extra motivation for it, but put it in your mind that you're training for life! Train even when you don't believe it's necessary and when it does come time, you'll just be that much stronger!
