Shoulder Flexibility

I really want to be able to pull a scorpion, I have a straight leg scale, b&a etc but have never been able to scorp, I have terrible shoulder flexibility and can't reach behind my head to grab my foot, does anyone have any exercises that may help?

Sit on your bottom with your legs straight in front of you and then put your arms behind you and slide out your arms but keep yOur pinkies touching then put your head back an flex a point your toes. Also you can go up to a corner of a wall (a doorway works) and put your forearm up to it and lean in. You an also lay on your stomach in a super woman position and have somebody take your arms (making sure they are by your ears) and pull them up. The key to gaining flexibility is consistancy.
