I couldn't find this anywhere else so I'm hoping someone here can help!

In our routine we pull a heel stretch to the front, then the whole stunt group does a quarter turn and as we turn we're meant to pull a scorpion, without letting go of our foot. I can do this fine if I let go of my foot and go through "post", but I don't think my hip is rotated the right way if I don't let go of my foot.

That was the hardest thing to explain so sorry if it made no sense! But if anyone understood it, do you have any idea of what I could do to get my scorpion like that?
