Stretching Ideas?

just do the basics! i know it may seem boring but it works!!!
i used to be really be into the weird stretches that stretched strange muscles and then i realized why bother?
i just go for a run and then when i come home i sit in left splits then lean forward then sit in right splits and lean back. Then for my back i just jump into a bridge and push over my shoulders. After if your a flyer you can stretch your shapes and stuff and your good
Thats my idea of stretching :)
 
Look up Gabi Butler stretches on You Tube - she has video on there from beginners on to getting a needle

Plus if you can get someone to help you that helps! Like partner stretching etc & always only stretch to the point of stretch not pain!!
