What conditioning and stretching do you do when you have a knee injury? I danced for many years and would tough it out or take long breaks, but I tore my meniscus for the second time two years ago and now it is more prone to tears. I train Krav Maga also, and ended up with a small tear 2 weeks ago, and I have been resting with it elevated. (My doctor is out until August!) I am used to running and doing a variety of fitness activities daily, so I am losing my mind just doing arm strengthening exercises and walking, and I REALLY need to work on my flexibility for jumps. I know I shouldn't push it, but it feels ok-ish with a compression sleeve. Does anyone have any gentle stretching recommendations?
