Switch Ups

I saw some teams do switch ups at L3 last year- by the new rules, are these still legal at L3? I would assume by the rule "Release moves must start below prep level and must be caught at prep level or below. " that they are NOT legal. Can someone confirm that now switchups become legal at level 4?

No fully released switch ups were legal in L3 last season. This season they are to prep level or below.

You saw people doing them with the backspot holding the ankle last year. It is quite awkward to do, but can be done.

Doing a full release to prep will probably be better for you score wise then a braced switch up to the top
