Personally I like having the dance last im abit shy and dont like dancing much but its at the end of the routine and I know that the rest of the routine is over and lets make this count and put on a show

I totally agree. There's nothing quite like a team that knows they just hit and lets loose in their dance! And I find it so anticlimactic when the flyers casually climb out of the pyramid when it's the end of the routine. Even if they've nailed it, the moment the music stops is more of a "give me a hand down" than "YES!"
