So for the past two years, I have to admit that my Lady Lancers made hitting look easy. I even had someone mention to me that practices must be easy with a team like that. But in all actuality it's quite the opposite, it's literally blood, sweat, and tears the entire season.

One of our athletes decided to pick up the camera this year and just give a glimpse to what CBU Cheer is all about.

Thank you so much, the program has definitely come a long way, I truly appreciate it. And yeah, the school decided to build us our own little cheer facility, it's pretty awesome, I honestly don't know if there's another university with a facility like our on their own campus
