Upper Body????

Hey I need help getting more upperbody strength without lifting weights all the time and doing a million push ups!! Anyone got any tips or tricks that that can help me with this issue????
 
Try searching for medicine ball or strength band workouts. They often combine leg exercises such as lunges or squats with arm conditioning and by keeping a tight core, you can get a full body workout just by doing a couple different exercises.

Also if you are a base - stunt stunt stunt! The more reps you do in a row, you'll build the functional strength you need. Just remember to keep it to a number that is safe and don't sacrifice good form for repititions. Start low and build your way up.
