I know we have this discussion every year but it really is an interesting one.

Like, can we really call it an 'international' division if it's all American and Canadian teams? Because let's be real, if it were just the highest scores, it would be mostly Americans. If you ask me, that's not an 'international' competition. Just like the Super Bowl isn't a 'world championship' since they're all Americans...

Maybe tiering would be in option? For instance, scores above 70 are tier 1, scores below are tier 2?

70 is even a very low cutoff. I'd say any team that can't score at least a 95 has no business in finals. Not when the top teams are scoring 120-140.
