Ok, yes I know, we are just relaxing from the 2014-2015 season, we are just getting over Worlds 2015 and streaming issues, periscope gods, and of course Summit. Yes I know we are just starting to re-register our Cps and go to try outs, evaluations, and starting the cheer expenses all over again for the 2015-2016... but with that said, I'm trying to plan ahead and I tend to become extremely OCD when it comes to budgeting and expenses etc... So here goes:

I want to take my CP to worlds next year... Her friends and possibly other Mom/CP would like to join me and make it a group thing... I would like to surprise my CP for her bday (Which is Xmas) with pretty much the paid trip so I have about 6 months to plan and reserve etc... So with all this I have tons of questions, can't find answers and maybe someone can help me out before I decide to reach out to someone from a highly recognized gym and well known (That I don't want to bother right now cause its more a of business relationship and this for me is more personal - basically i don't want ruin a business relationship with my silly cheer obsessed behavior lol)

Is there anything such as a VIP ticket/section where seats are guaranteed etc (yes I'm willing to pay obviously - lol which also means this xmas gift would cover two years of birthdays lol)

is it better to book with USASF or on your own and just purchasing the entrance to ESPN wwos?

Usually when can someone start rsvp/booking/purchasing? or at least recommended time frame?

my DH and son would accompany but he will probably just go to the parks.... so should i book them separate?

and what kind of spending cash is recommended? I know disney very well, we used to go 2x's a year until me and DH were laid off in 2012... Haven't been back since but heard lots has changed.... either way not sure if i should use my timeshare (Not disney but next to park) and just purchase discounted tickets etc... and probably more questions will come up event eventually ok thats it for now lol i think

I'm sure others will have much better and thorough answers, but I know the park hopper through the USASF gets you guaranteed entry to all days/sessions and into the parks.

I would purchase the 3 day hopper with your WWOS admission. That way you don't have to wait in line for each session (it is the only way you can guarantee admission to all sessions without waiting in lines). These go on sale via USASF in late winter/early spring. There is no guaranteed seating. Everything is general admission. I would stay off property if you have a time share to use and/or are bringing non cheer people. All star is worth going to for watching practices but I wouldn't want to stay there if I wasn't there for the competition.

thanks!! i just looked into the timeshare and I would definitely save over $2000 on the trip alone... now basically have to figure out tickets and airfare!! So just have to wait for USASF to start selling tickets in the winter hopefully or early spring.... awesome!!!

Look into renting a house, thru VRBO website, windsor palms and indian creek communities are 10 min drive from ESPN center. We have gotten a 3 bedroom house for around $100 a night. Saves alot on food!

Definitely agree with staying off property. Car rental is pretty cheap in Orlando too; I think I spent $250 on both total for 4 nights (I was in a very comfortable house with 6 bedrooms shared by 8 people about 15 minutes away). I bought the park hopper through USASF so I didn't have to worry about waiting on line for tickets. I know tickets for large senior finals sold out in an hour at this past Worlds.

Just know that no entry is guaranteed. If the venue is full, you will have to wait on line to get in regardless of the ticket you have. This past worlds, the field house was full for semis and there was a waiting line to get in for everyone. I was waiting in line for an hour and the line did not move. Thankfully, there was a "fan" entry area that escorted a group in to see a the particular team performing and then escorted out. That is how I got to see my granddaughter.
I had no desire to see finals since I saw them all in semis and throughout the competition season but I heard they were the same. Crazy people started to line up at noon for 8PM finals in Champions Stadium and they all had session tickets. It was hot and humid. I periscoped it on my laptop from my hotel room.

I go at least 2x a year and here are my suggestions:
1) Use your timeshare if possible and it will save you money. Staying that the All Stars will certainly put you in the middle of it,
but "it will put you in the middle of it" LOL. It is loud, crazy, busy, and sometimes inappropriate. If you still want to stay there,
you can begin booking it pretty soon...certainly by mid-summer. All Disney will require is a $200 deposit with final payment
being due 45 days prior to arrival.
2) Buy the tickets from USASF. As others have stated, then you won't have to wait in line for the finals tickets. I bought 5 day
hoppers this year and will say that the prices are REALLY good if you want to watch all of the finals. You can usually begin
purchasing those around January. You will receive a "confirmation" for your tickets and can pick them up at Celebrity Hall
upon arrival.
3) If you want to watch LAG/LCO semi's in the HP, be there, in line at least a couple of hours early.
4) I arrived at the baseball field at 8pm for LAG/LCO finals. My seat wasn't "completely" center, but I had a great seat
and could see my CP perfectly. Additionally, I learned that the hold a bunch of GREAT seats for VIPs. About 15 minutes prior to
the start of competition, they release those seats, so you could move to those.

Definitely stay off site in a condo/timeshare to save $. We stayed in an amazing one a couple of years ago and I was so bummed we couldn't get in this year.
Get a usasf park hopper. It's the only way to guarantee you can get in to all The finals sessions (and even with it...get there early for popular divisions or you could be stuck in line) Anyway, the 3 day one gets you 5 days at ESPN and 3 (can be different than ESPN ones) at park. Like this year we did Worlds on Saturday, Sunday and Monday then headed to the parks Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Since your CP is not competing...you will have even more flexibility time-wise. If your hubby and other kids don't want to watch cheer...you might get their hoppers for less $ through Disney or Auto Club or Military if you can.

I would start booking as soon as you can. Flights for that time frame usually come out in September/October. The sooner you book, the cheaper the flights! If you can, I would also recommend going ahead and booking the room now. Last trip I took $200 cash and didn't go through all of it. Most of my meals were covered though and I go to Disney all the time so I skipped out on all of the Disney souvenirs. I purchased some meals, snacks and cheer clothing. It's hard to estimate spending cash, because everyone is used to traveling differently. They have most of their restaurant pricing up online. You can go on there to get an idea of what you'll spend each day. When I do this I tack on an extra $20 each day for miscellaneous.

The only thing that's probably really different from a Disney perspective for you is the new armbands. Since you're really familiar with Disney, that isn't too big of a change. Most of what you're used to travel wise will be the same as it was.

You have some different options when it comes to hotels:
- All Star Resort, or some other Disney resort. Expensive, but have busses that goes to Wide World of Sports. Also fun to watch practices outside.
- A hotel in Lake Buena Vista. Probably the most expensive area in Orlando, but they have different options and price ranges. My parents appreciated staying in a hotel near Downtown Disney because they could walk there without driving (I guess taking a beer to dinner is nice) and also it was nice to be close to the arena when you needed to be there early.
- A hotel on I-Drive, or some other area in Orlando. The cheapest for sure, and not that bad at all. I've stayed there many times and it's close to the outlets and malls. Lots of restaurants too. Takes about 20-30 min to drive to Wide World of Sports.
- Renting a house, as other people have mentioned. Nice to have a real kitchen, but some hotels have that too.

I bought a park hopper at Celebrity Hall (it's inside All Star Resort) the day before Worlds started. It was no problem.

Thanks everyone for all your information. So I just got smacked him in a little bit of reality yesterday on Mother's Day. Apparently my CPAs Gym has the goal of trying to attend the summit. In other words they want to try to win a bid. When I heard that I look at my husband and he knew exactly what I was thinking. OMG if they win a bid and go to summit I don't think I'm going to be able to go to worlds because summit is usually the week after and I know if they win a bid most likely they're going to have practice all week. Which would mean my plan of leaving Friday and coming back Tuesday would totally kill me and I can only imagine what my pockets Will feel like. Now not sure what to do?!? Lol

Hi guys, I am also in a similar situation, worlds 2016 will be my first time at worlds!!!! I am so excited that our family vacation fell over the worlds dates and coming all the way from the United Kingdom this is a once in a life time opportunity for me. I was just wondering if any of you could answer a few questions for me. I will be vacationing there for three weeks so will already have the passes for disney etc already so those are not needed but I have no idea how to get hold of tickets? Are they only available when you arrive as I have never seen the option to buy online anywhere. Because this will be my one and only opportunity, I am really hoping to get a hold of large senior and large coed finals, as well as small senior and small coed final tickets. Are these separate tickets to each other, how to get a hold of them without purchasing a disney hopper pass and how much are they? (just an estimate).
