Hey there trustee board members,

Quick question... Ok say an athlete has competed with gym A all season, went to competitions that gave out Worlds bids and was on the roster for that team. But!, the team never got a bid. Is it legal for that athlete to compete with another team at Worlds and be on their roster?

I know that the athlete must have competed with gym B at the competition they got their bid at in order to be on the roster, but being on gym A's roster for Worlds even though they didn't get a bid doesn't cancel out their chances of competing with gym B at Worlds does it?

An athlete that competed with gym A at any event during the season can only compete with gym B at Worlds if they receive a release from gym A.

Okay. So "suzie" competed at GYM A all year long. There season has ended and there are no more competitions for gym A. She still has to be released in order to compete on a different team (gym B) for worlds?

Yes, she still has to be released by GYM A owner

Suzie also had to be with Gym B at their Worlds qualifier or listed as an alternate.
