no clue why, but I could not access it at all on one of my laptops either with google chrome or IE. Thankfully I have another laptop and it worked fine. Good luck - so frustrating!

Don't feel bad I missed it too. Didn't realize they were going to announce it until it was too late. I eard people talking about how low scores were Right after that was announced though.
