- I think if Steel were to clean up a bit throughout the season, there routine could end up on top come worlds or/and nca.
- dont know how i feel about peach or apple.

- couldnt bear to watch any of the WE videos above, because my ears cant handle the screaming of the person recording in the background.

As an Oklahoma boy I have always loved Tribe and follow them every season (The whole squad BHS in to sponge back in the day still has me gagging, such a cute idea) and I am SO happy to see them looking this bomb this season!! The past few years you can really tell they've been working their butts off and it shows, and they did it with technique! Not scary "We need to be worlds ready so you need to do this" coaching. :cheering::cheering::cheering:

What about practicing? My daughter is in a boot - however- her ortho ok'd for her to practice with it on (no tumbling or jumps) but coaches told her it's against USASF to even practice with the boot on. She is on a small coed 5 and is freaking out

I don't get why this rule is a thing. If an orthopedist says it's okay who is USASF to question their expertise?

You gotta admit, USASF did not allow anyone on a wet mat with a boot on, though!;)
I believe that person would have been in a safer position than anyone else. Can't really break anything else under a boot (or can you?)!

Just watched a bunch of ACE showcase videos on twitter and was honestly really disappointed. Theres so much talent in the program but the routines were SO messy, and a lot of the mistakes (balance checks, swimming in the air, scary tumbling) are things that should have been fixed way before today....

LrgSr Chiefs looked pretty good though!

It's a very silly catch-all rule. A coach or governing body shouldn't be able to overrule a doctor. I get that USASF has safety rules (although let's be real, they let teams compete on a soaking floor), but if a doctor clears an athlete to perform, then that should be the ruling.
