A typical practice we warm up and go full out 3 times. Then we work sections. But WHEN we do any tumbling, whether it be in a full out or in a section, they have to throw their actual pass. Never a layout or tuck instead of a full, etc. Heck, if our athletes even try to throw a lesser pass and they are caught by a coach, they are most likely going to be doing line drills. Obviously there are exceptions to that, like if someone is not feeling well or is slightly injured, etc.
