This morning I got alll ready for school, went downstairs to make breakfast and got super dizzy and felt like I was gonna puke..my dad has had the flu for two days so my mom says I can go back to sleep and go into school halfway through the day (I was supposed to have a hockey game today and if you're not in school half the day you're not allowed to play). Well I wake up again and feel even worse. So I didn't go to school today and just had to miss the game. I didn't feel tooo bad because the team it's against is second to last in our division and we're tied for first. Well now a kid on my team texted me and said one of the freshmen is ineligible to play for two weeks because of his grades. So now I feel really bad about missing the game :( I just keep reminding myself this is better for everyone because I would risk spreading it to the whole team.

yep I know! you guys were good back in 09! I haven't seen much of Marshwood lately. How are you guys looking this year?
Thanks! We won SMAA's, our Conference championship, this past weekend, and the weekend before that we also won (but only because Lewiston got 20 points in deductions for a girl swearing and a girl having a hair-tie on her wrist...). This weekend is the Lobster Bowl and we will be up against Lewiston again so hopefully we can at least give them a good run for their money! We are looking the best we have looked in years, even with one flyer out due to a concussion and an alternate stepping in. After this weekend I'll try to post a video!

I have practices Sunday and Tuesday, so I strategically decided to start Insanity today so my body had 4 days to do it before having to cheer again, rather than 1, hoping it would allow me some recovery. Let me tell you, it is the most incredible workout you could ever do, and as long as you have a will and a drive to push yourself, it's amazing. Although I finished and was literally dripping in sweat, and looked like I just got out of a shower, I feel good. Thank you mishtm52 for sending it to me!

This just made me so excited. I want to start it SO. BADLY. But I'm sick and can't do it on days I have hockey (which is currently every day) because practices literally kill my legs. There's only a few more weeks left in the season though and then I'll be doing Insanity every day!! I looove tough workouts. If I'm not dripping in sweat I feel like I haven't accomplished anything. I also love that the workouts are condensed into a relatively short period of time. That way you still get an awesome workout and don't really have an excuse to skip it. Reason number 23423098 I'm excited...I'm all for using body weight rather than big heavy weights (at least for girls/me). Much cheaper, which is basically why I chose Insanity over Crossfit (for now:rolleyes:).

It does actually consume a lot of time depending on your definition. The workouts are around 45 minutes each, which includes the warm up and cool down stretching and such, but if you aren't busy morning to night you should be able to squeeze it in! I'm sure you'll love it! I enjoyed it a lot more than any workout with weights and stuff!

Watching this Cosmopolis movie with Rob Pattinson. So weird. Not completely sure what's happening. Oh, and there's like no music. It's just them talking with silence in the background. There have been two songs in the whole movie...

Ulta has some really nice roll on glitter, it comes in silver. I love it.

And Sally Beauty has some loose glitter that works real well too!

I wish there was an Ulta around here. I'll try sally's.
