Not necessarily. ...back up your posts with facts. "Some website" doesnt exactly cut it. . Although there may be some issues with the gym, your posts are lacking credibilitya injunction has been filed to close Cheer Command it is on some state website that lists it. what people have been saying all along was true.

I have read the terms of agreement. Click here to continue to Court Information. and type in either owner's name.
No, not just her. Many of us said it and were pretty much told to shut up. So I did (for once. ) Just to defend Icheergirl a little (although I don't know her so I can only add what I do know): she said weeks ago that she had more proof, but she was told to keep it classy and not post it. So she didn't. Then she got jumped all over for saying something and not being able to back it up. And she was pretty much told that what she was saying wasn't true. I, for one, will say that it is incredibly frustrating when you say something that you know to be fact and people accuse you of lying.
As for the way she started the other thread so innocently, when her intent was probably just to start drama, that's on her. I can't help that. Not the way I would have done it, but I'm older and wiser. But you all had to know that if this gym ended up closing, that the people who said it weeeeeeks ago were surely going to come back on and say "Told ya!"
Now, carry on... :enjoyshow:
you can type in either Felicia St John or Stephanie LosieczkaWhat are the owner's name? I haven't followed this story but it if's on an court website I would like to take a look.
I was trying to emphasize that, once again, she's starting a thread and not claiming credit as the source of the information. I don't have a problem whatsoever with her information, nor am I trying to call anyone a liar. OP should take credit for revealing the information - it is much, much less shady that way, rather than throwing around a nebulous "people said" or "I heard" or whatever the other thread was started with.

Too late to edit:
I will add that I'm still saddened by this. I really hate to see these kids have to go through this again. But I guess this is just the way of Illinois cheer. I'm thinking if you're going to cheer here you should just accept that this is part of it.
Huh?It is sad for these families, especially when it was so avoidable. I cannot comprehend how one owner could so completely throw her business partner and friend of 10 years under the bus for a well known trouble maker. This would never have happened had one owner taken her partner's advice and gotten rid of the problem! A good program might be ruined for no reason at all.
