i think you're overanalyzing.. people are just saying their name does not come off as totally appropriate.. no ones saying it has a terrible meaning and judging the athletes.. its no big deal..

Panthers have used 'XXX' before. It stood for 30 girls. Even said "It's 30 - not dirty" underneath. I always felt a little oogy with that on a jacket.

im sure this is exactly what they had in mind personally, i could not care less.. i think its hilarious that their IO teams are "cougars" and "xxx". now if that was a mini team, i might think differently about xxx as a team..

Speaking for myself only, I could care less because I have no affiliation with that program. But no matter how you spin it, it is going to APPEAR inappropriate to those of us who have no idea what the meaning is behind it. With that said, I also feel Panthers using BABS as their slogan is inappropriate. I wouldn't want my children affiliated with either. But they're not, so I could care less.

but if contested or questioned it could mean "Stick your Stunt" and "big and bad" (or something else that I can't think of right now) they never actually say what it stands for, so i don't know if a judge could say anything.
