So I'm assuming if i didn't get an email then none of my posts were deleted or altered, correct?

The Fierce Board: if a team cheers and isn't talked about, does it still get a medal?
Do you feel left out? It really is amazing what seems like a huge uproar created over some threads and comments (yes it appears biased towards one program) since one mod has come back around that other mods have either ignored or felt nothing wrong with. Are our standards just becoming that low we are not fazed any longer?

Cheer Dad = broke dad

Not really feeling left out because I don't think my posts should have been modified.

But I think @Weezy is missing the boat on this one.

The Fierce Board: If you're gonna be talked about, shouldn't you at least be here to defend yourself?

Didn't she say that only two posts were edited? The ones that referenced Apple-gate (is that allowed?! did that go too far?!!?!?!). So I'm going to assume that since I've already claimed one of the edited posts that there is only one other.

Don't remember specifically.

That one would be mine.

So I am at Cheersport and haven't been able to read all of this thread so I apologize in advance for not doing that.

I saw the pics of the Top Gun uni yesterday and read a good bit of this thread last night. I didn't like the unis in the pics, at all.

I just saw them in person while walking with my 11 yo CP and my 17 yo FP. My daughter was horrified and my son said he was embarrassed for those girls.

In the appropriate setting the outfit is stunning. The girls are beautiful and their bodies are as well. But I can say this:

I want my CP to go as far as she can in this sport. But there is absolutely NO GYM OR TEAM that I want her to be a part of enough to EVER wear that uni. Ever.

I think the confusion lies in what the appropriate setting for that outfit is. I'm not going to say where I personally feel those uniforms are best suited for..because I don't want another PM......but I can assure you that a cheerleading competition is not one of the settings..

I wanted to make a very clever comment, but NCA is in like a week and I'd like to be here for that, so yeah. You can all just guess what I was going to say. :D

"Appropriate setting" wouldn't be a cheer comp. That's your first clue.

ETA: Me and @Here'sAThought were totally together on this one.

A strip club?

Hmm... my posts were very blunt but not particularly nasty and were not altered in any way in this thread. I did not see the other posts but can assume something about them may have been too direct with an edge of nasty? Not really sure ...but I have always felt in general edited posts have been fair. The Fierce Board isn't perfect and I don't always agree but they do their best. I have had a few posts altered but usually they have been able to explain why. Did the person who had their posts altered ask why? Hmm....or am I just being a little naive?
