I guess I'm reading that tweet differently than you are. To me it is not "Panthers didn't deserve to win" but rather a "the scoring developed in a way that I don't want to take anymore, so I'll not return".

just had to go and look at the tweet
i have to say i do read it as a dig towards panthers winning... the whole wording is just provocative and i am sure she knows that . I don't even see her adressing the judging, or maybe i am looking at the wrong tweet.

And i highly doubt she won't be returning , isn't she affiliated with Varsity in some way

I know I may get some flaming for this, but I'm really getting the impression that CEA and their fans feel that any time they hit they are *entitled* to a win? Almost like they feel the only way a competitor should be able to beat them is if they have a major mistake(s) and the other team is perfect. I just don't get this vibe as much from the other big programs.

CEA? No. Their fans? Yes, but I think a lot of fans (no matter what color koolaid they're drinking) struggle to see past their personal bias and look at things objectively and say "okay, I can see why 'my team' didn't win."

And one more thing since I was quick to point out a program doing the wrong thing I just found something else out from another viper. Apparently rockstar and Cali weren't the only ones upset and prodigy was too. They were the ones actually in first on day 1 and I guess they tweeted stuff to that I didn't happen to know about yesterday

-I'm not denying that sometimes emotions take over but this is really very cool of them regardless if they weren't the main ones posting things. Respect for them so much! All all their teams (and uniforms) looked so amazing this weekend!

Has this ever happened before? That would be devastating for the team that "won".

I've never competed at NCA but, back in my rec days, our biggest competitors were announced for first and us second and then that night our league coordinator called us saying they miscalculated scores and we won. They took the medals and trophies from them that week and we traded them our 2nd place medals.
We really tried to be excited about it until we found out that they got the same phone call while celebrating their win :/

I honestly don't get why everyone is complaining about the tweet from CSP. She is a customer of a company. She doesn't like the value she gets for her money anymore, so she (probably) won't return.
There were no digs, no "the judges are ...", no talking down of other programs.

I hope that all of you never complained on social media about a company that you don't like anymore. The pizza that arrived cold? You took it straight to the customer service and never told your friends about that, right?

I expect for my pizza to arrive on time and hot. When owners go to competitions they shouldn't expect EP's to deliver the results they want just cause they paid the entry fees.

I honestly don't really care about her tweet, but I don't think it was the right way to express disappointment. It seemed like a jab at the teams who actually won to me.

So derailing the subject matter for a moment and not just specific to NCA, but for the love of pete some athletes need to have some respect for themselves and those around them and not use the arena seating as a locker room. A teenage girl took off her uniform top in the middle of the section her team fans were in. She was standing and only had a strapless bra on and stood there half naked for well over 5 minutes. The adults that were with her saw nothing wrong with it. The gym she was from is a large gym and definitely had a meeting room - go change in there or in the bathroom! It was beyond classless behavior and dangerous. You have no idea who is sitting in the arena with you.

Regarding the time deduction for CEA Senior Elite. This was the same routine competed at CheerSport 2 weeks ago. On both days the routine ended in the same manner. Would the time deduction not been noted there? They were warned about something else in the routine, but had nothing to do with time. So I'm curious to know.
