I agree, plus it gives the expectation that teams aren't set until end of workout group and movement can happen so kids don't get as disappointed as if they are announced on X team then get moved to another team.

Does anyone else find it interesting that the big gym trend of doing workout groups for a month before team announcement is no longer? Seems like they have all gone back to announcing teams within a week.

Agree, and I think the main issue is that CL never said we are giving paid bids at these comps across the country. It's just fishy that this itty bitty comp in Delaware that no one has hear of gives out a FP paid to one team in a particular division and only one team in a particular division...

I find all of this super interesting considering CL was such a cluster f**k this year and has gone down hill since it's first year. I get the vibe that gym owners are making a stand and have chosen this over CL - they all must have communicated about it before all signing up.
